My draft title for this Amsterdam premiere post was just “Amsterdam in London,” and it got me thinking of how funny it would be if the trend of pop-up restaurants and experiences and shops extended to… cities. Pop-up Amsterdam, in London! Pop-up Prague in Dallas! We’ve essentially already got a Pop-Up Paris in Las Vegas, but what about Pop-Up Vegas in Paris? Or Pop-Up Wichita in Miami? I could do this all day. Fortunately for you, my caffeine is wearing off.
