In the interest of full disclosure, I believe his face currently looks like this because it is a character choice for the character he’s playing in True West, a revival of the Sam Shepard play he’s currently starring in in London, in which he looks like this:
But I feel like he perhaps needs to invest in a sweater that has the words THIS IS FOR A ROLE!!!!!! embroidered across his manly bosom.
