This is, obviously, a real event — this is the 38th annual European Film Awards — but I love how generic the name is. (Second only to, of course, the SAGs changing their name to The Actors, which at least gives us something to talk shit about because that is dumb.) They’re awards for European films. They’re called the European Film Awards. No need to get cute. The red carpet this year was lightly a hoot, please join me in eyeballing some of the most notable looks.
