The top of this outfit is no great shakes, either, let’s be clear. I THINK this is a plain beige sweater-minidress, with a sheer overlay that has ribbons on it and is inexplicably molting down by her knees. Why does that even exist? Why can’t Heidi just wear a plain beige sweaterdress, without the need to add bird puberty to her thighs?
