Happy World Cup Kick-Off Week to those who celebrate! I hope everyone’s team plays well and has fun.
At Drinks With Broads this week, a LOT went on: We got a recap of the Rivals mid-season finale! We wrapped up the best and worst of this year’s Tony Awards! (And had a rollicking live chat during the telecast.) Finally, we dove right back into celebrity wedding season and examined Dua Lipa’s big Italian wedding AND all the Taylor/Travis rumors.
Here at GFY, we rounded up cute dresses for summer! And also cute things with fish on them! And discussed things we bought by which we were pleasantly surprised! This week’s top best-sellers were these very cute (and longer) J.Crew shorts (which are currently 50% off), these fun Loft pants (also 50% off), and these linen shorts, also from J.Crew. (Honorable mention to these sandals, which came VERY close to sneaking in to the top three.)
Artist David Hockney died, which is sad news. Like many Los Angelenos, I love his paintings of my city. (This is a good piece about his personal style, too.)
