I assume this is Stella McCartney, because she was being honored at this Women’s Leadership Awards function. Insert joke about “leading the world in garment abuse” here. Wait, maybe that was the joke.
I strangely don’t hate this as much as I normally do a Stella creation, although there’s almost a weird hint of Rodarte in there, in the sense that it’s extremely haphazard. I just don’t know why Stella made a dress that looks like a pile of aprons on an Anthropologie dressing room floor. Who wants a garment that looks like messy rejection?
