Another Day, Another Weird Dior I’d Forgotten

Cast your mind back to 2015, when Marion Cotillard went to the Oscar nominees brunch in this Dior. The sparkly sleeves are so cute. The sparkly blue is so cute. The green is so cute, and also very useful if you want to project things onto her torso. But all put together… the sum of its parts is Fancy Muppet Face. Observe:

I don’t hate that Muppet. I’d like to know that Muppet. But I don’t want to WEAR that Muppet.

… Or maybe I do, a little, slightly, but only if we went all the way with it. Full eyes, full mouth, can’t snooze. Anything less and it’s just a green-screen bib that’s begging to be meme’d.
