I would not have thought of the Academy Museum Gala as a place to get funky-experimental, but I'm certainly not upset. She could be leading the flight crew on an avant-garde airline. I suspect that hat got annoying though; it seems to be sliding around over her eye. The top seems pinchy, and very little actual styling seems to have been attempted. This is a different one from the same show. This is such a bizarre melange but it has a ton of personality, and it's different than her usual dark and dreary aesthetic.
