Halston here is jumping out of teen flicks (Paper Towns, Before I Fall) and into TV via The Orville, which is unfortunately execrable. But not because of her. It’s actually full of likable people… and then Seth MacFarlane. Anyway, I suspect that whatever happens with that show, this will not be the last we see of her. If it was, though? What a way to go. That dress is truly lovely; I am drawn to the different textures on the skirt and bodice. Plus, she’s pulling off the magic trick of wearing an exposed-shoulder cut WITHOUT it making her look slouchy. Hardly anyone can do that.
And it twirls like a dream. SOLD.
