Chloe Grace Moretz galloped through the early Fug Madness rounds this year largely thanks to this but she wore it with pants that belled only a little. I am quite astonished that anybody decided to give it a second life, but true to Kat Graham form, she did it and refused to go halfway. She put ENORMOUS pants with it. And so, while that blouse will ALWAYS be the tragic uniform of a wilting rodeo clown, I’m forced to try and decide which execution makes it all… less ridiculous. In the end, I’m going with Kat, because her pants don’t look like they shrank in the wash, and somehow the wackier bottoms make the top look less randomly hideous and more like they’re folding into someone’s top-to-toe hallucination.
