I once saw Solange Knowles at a restaurant in Los Feliz, wearing a turban. It was awesome:
As, actually, is this. I love this on her: it’s both totally normal (a refreshing change for someone who is often on the far end of kooky), and, thanks to the colors — and those shoes — not remotely boring. I think she is so gorgeous, and without all the cracked-out hoo-ha she has a tendency to revert to, you can actually see that.
Bonus points to her little boy, just for being adorable, and for his rad neon laces.
