Although, as a reader pointed out to us, it seems weird that her shoes don’t match her dress at a shoe designer’s awards event, I think we are looking at THE BEST Jessica Simpson has looked IN YEARS. This dress is legitimately good. Not just “good, considering,” or “better than usual,” or “at least it kind of fits.” It’s actually GOOD and GOOD ON HER, like, FOR REAL, not just in comparison to the cracked out stuff she usually wears. It’s like SOMEONE WHO CARED dressed her, and cared enough to BRING THE CORRECT SIZE. I don’t know who that person was, but J Simp and the entire Simp Organization owns her a drink. And probably a wad of cash.
