This feels vaguely related to the Rodarte that she wore to the CFDA Awards last week:
She’s just really into cocktail-length quasi-metallic frocks that would also make amazing wrapping paper right now, okay? CAN SHE LIVE? The truth is, though, that I kind of enjoyed that dress and I ALSO kind of enjoy this one. I would note, in fact, that I like it better on her than I did when I saw it on the runway. But it also feels like the sort of dress you enjoy when you just briefly zip past it on the way to the open bar and NOT when you sit down and really start to think about it too hard. So take off to the bar, Amanda, and move fast.
