Southern California! Good news! We are…well, we live here, so we can’t say we’re coming to see you. Let’s just say, we’re leaving the house to see you.

As you guys know (I hope!) our new book, The Royal We, came out last Tuesday. (You can find out more about it here; we were a People’s pick this week! I am also happy to note that, as of press time, The Book Depository was back in stock, because they ship free internationally.) We’ve had an awesome time meeting Fug Nation so far, and this Sunday, April 19th, Heather and I will be at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. Our panel is called Fiction: Famous By Association, and it’s at 1:30pm, with a signing to follow. The panel will be in Salvatori Computer Science Center 101, on the USC campus. It’s moderated by Heather Havrilesky, and the other panelists are Christopher Noxon and Shanna Mahin. Tickets are required for this event, but you can buy them here; they’re free, with a $1 service fee. (You can also pick up tickets gratis on Sunday, but apparently quantities will be limited.) We’d love to see you, but the Festival of Books is AWESOME, so even if our panel isn’t your jam, something on the schedule might appeal. (CANDICE BERGEN is going to be there.)

Chicago: We are ALSO coming to your Book Festival, on the weekend of June 6th. We don’t have any further details yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.

Huge thanks to everyone for how amazingly supportive you’ve been of this book, and of us. We can’t tell you how much it means to us.
