I accept this under one condition: That it’s the costume Dakota is wearing in a film set in the 30s, where she plays a woman beset by a horrible wasting disease who decides to spend what is left of her time on earth caring little for such earthly concerns as fashion, and instead storms around in all manner of gowns ruining the lives of her enemies and then stealing their admittedly fabulous jewelry. Then, I’m fine with it.
