I LOVE British awards programs (programmes?) because I get to read all about semi-obscure Brit celebs that we don’t really get exposed to over here in the States, like Alesha Dixon here. Or, as I referred to her just now, “Oh, there’s Alesha Dixon HANG ON IS SHE WEARING A CAPE?”
You see, in the thumbnail, that tail didn’t appear to be attached to her dress. But in reality:
First of all: Dang, she’s pretty.
Second of all: not a cape so much as a MASSIVE TRAIN.
Third: I had no idea she was in Mis-Teeq, who never really broke out here in the US, but I LOVED the song “Scandalous,” which I believe is actually on the Catwoman soundtrack — a get that would have been so much better for that group had Catwoman not been such a flop.
Four: Speaking of Catwoman, she does kind of look like a superhero in this.
