She told ALT that the black and white of her gown — which she designed with H&M — is a salute to yin and yang:
I feel like, it’s also conveniently the color palate she wears literally all the time, so…she might have just concocted that story on the way up the stairs. That being said, she still looks rad. The beauty of the uniform is that it gives you parameters that you might need on a theme night to keep you looking like yourself. Luckily for Janelle, “herself” almost always equals “chic.”
