Granted, it’s a tad unjust to compare anybody with a budding supermodel, so we feel for Aerin Lauder here — to show up at the CFDA event the other night and find out Karlie Kloss is wearing the exact same dress? That must have stung.
Of course, Aerin didn’t help herself with the heavy black tights. They may have been weather-appropriate (I stress may have, since the other attendees were pretty evenly split between bare legs and covered), but they weigh down the romance of the dusty blue lace. Also, girlfriend needs some gloss or a heavier eye, because from the neck up, I would believe you if you told me she’d just hopped off the elliptical.
And then there’s Karlie:
Somebody should tell her that the human eye already sees things in 3D.
