I’m beginning to think stylists and stars see “Kids’ Choice Awards” on a schedule and interpret it as, “Everyone Dust Off Your Formal Shorts.”
But the real mess here is her top. In my head, it began life as a dress that Bieber got her, which she allowed her cat to eat just to upset him. But it’s probably just a designer with narcolepsy, or commitment issues.
