On the red carpet, Kerry referred to this dress as “easy,” and I am afraid the only easy thing about this whole affair was the acquisition of her good opinion:
Like this season of Scandal, that gown could’ve been something. And also like this season of Scandal, instead it’s a misshapen and dropping mess, wherein something is being held hostage (the skirt) by a great and terrible evil (the top). I would like to quit them both, but at least Scandal could someday redeem itself.
