Was the world REALLY clamoring for this?! I literally had to go to IMDb to see who the female lead was (as if Michael Bay cares). Anyway, there have been premieres. People have shown up and worn things. Anthony Hopkins — who is in this movie! — generally has not attended. Interestingly, the styling for the two women in the film has been VERY high end and very fancy and very much as if someone thought, “NO ONE is clamoring for a new Transformers movie but maybe we’ll get some press coverage if we send people out in Giambattista Valli?” Well. I guess it worked?
