One of my favorite things about awards season so far is how many adult actors are DELIGHTED to meet Eleven. (On that note: I finally watched Stranger Things over the holiday break, in about two days, and I LOVED it. She’s great in it, but all the kids are great. It’s deeply satisfying, and very dark, and somehow feels very fresh while still being deeply nostalgic. I know everyone has already said all of this, but if you were on the fence about it, it’s terrific.) The other good news is that she’s navigating this awards season with great chic elan — and still managed to meet Ryan Gosling.
