Well, it’s different for her, that’s for sure.
It’s true I found Lea’s Emmys gown a bit repetitive of outfits past, but I didn’t want her to strike all oomph from the record. I feel like I accidentally walked into Rachel Berry’s wedding night and discovered, via her nightie with more seams than a baseball, that she’s giving it a disturbingly on-the-nose home-run theme. And now all I can imagine is her being spat on and then hurled at Derek Jeter.
So apparently, I think this is fug. But I walked into this party expecting it to be a democracy, and a democracy it shall be.
