First and fore: I believe that when Carey cut that hair, we here at this publication cackled like old crones that she would have THE WORST TIME EVER growing it out. Yeah, yeah: color me wrong. It looks adorable. I hate her for that. How is that even possible?
Second and…second: This dress is complicated. The bodice reminds me both of a flower, and of a growth, but the flower is sort of creepy and the growth is kind of cool. Ergo, it just blew my mind.
