This could have gone so terribly wrong. But crazy thing is, I totally think this dress was a smart choice for this movie premiere, in the sense that The Hateful Eight is (sort of) a Western (or, it’s at least Western-inspired), and this is COMPLETELY a nod to the sort of frock a woman might find herself wearing in a Western, updated with the SHEER PLAGUE THAT HAUNTS OUR MODERN ERA:
Of course I wish it were lined, but if it were, I think it would sort of lose the point, which means…I cannot believe I am about to type this, but I might be arguing for this dress to stand as is. There is an event for every outfit, and this might be the only event for this outfit. It’s nice to see that stopped sheer clock pointing at the right time for once.
