Kerry Washington herself noted that she felt a little bit like Olivia Pope in this very pale blush frock. But considering that we’ve spent the last three weeks seeing poor Olivia in various stages of disarray in the hands of terrorists, without even a glass of red wine to keep her spirits up, we have to say that this dress is pure Kerry. Okay, it’s maybe 14 percent bridesmaid. But the rest is Kerry.
