The redundantly named CMT Music Awards — redundant because it’s Country Music Television and thus unlikely to be an awards show about awesome potholders, or neuroscience — tapped Kristen Bell to host alongside singer Toby Keith this year. I know she started on Broadway, but still, it seems rather random; then again, I’m sure the audience at what is approximately the fifty-fourth different country music awards show in a given calendar year was relieved to have a little fresh blood. I know how they feel. Let’s check in on her costume changes, shall we?
