Amusingly, Bizarrely Played, Random British Tool Company

Apparently this was erected recently on the roof of a business:

The little teddy bear waving from the pram is really what sells it for me. That is crazy weird, and crazy entertaining, and frankly, pretty brilliant. If I lived near there and I needed tools, I would TOTALLY go buy them from this place.

Can you imagine if someone had built one of these for Blue Ivy? Or North West? Anyone care to speculate what THAT might’ve looked like?

I was much more interested in this post before I scrolled down. I thought you were calling someone a Random British Tool.

It is kind of adorable. And much more restrained than one dedicated to the Carters or the Westashians would likely be. With the added bonus that the family won’t sue for unauthorized use of their likeness.

On a tangentially related note, I find it interesting that no one seems inclined to use the nickname by which Kanye and Kim declared their daughter would be known. They said she would be “Nori,” but every media outlet I’ve seen continues to refer to her as “North.” I don’t have a problem with that per se, since that is the kid’s name, after all. And at the end of the day, I think if my parents had cursed me with such a ridiculous name, I’d rather be called a cardinal point on the compass than a sheet of seaweed. I just find it intersting.

If you blow it up, you can see that it’s not actually a teddy, but a little boy baby. Which makes it even funnier!

Love it! I would buy tools there just because.

This is in my city! They do them for all kinds of things, and it’s right next to traffic lights on the main ring road so loads and loads of people see them, last year they had the Queen doing a (moving) royal wave.

    Ha ha! Crazy limeys.

Is that a tool in his pocket or is he just happy to see Fug Nation?

While they were up on the roof they might have replaced their fairly tattered flags. Just saying.

Oh this is bizarre and so hilarious!

Haha, this is crazy! But in a good way. Meaning, in a way that I think will bring them attention and customers – which is what I assume they wanted from this.

But that baby looks less like a human, and more like the pillsbury doughboy. That crown looks like a chef’s hat to me.

Do you know which tool company, perchance? (I work for a woodworking magazine, and love it when my interests collide)
