I don’t love this. But I can also see it making an appearance on a fever-dream crossover episode of Downton Abbey and Mad Men, where Joan falls into a wormhole behind the Xerox machine and wakes up in the bottom of the well at Downton, where she’s rescued by Lady Edith, who hopes to make her into an ally, only to lose her to Lady Mary’s clutches. And that, I do love.
